A workshop that introduces youth to the Children’s Behavioral Health System and to mental health as an important part of your overall health. It focuses on three pillars — Physical, Mental and Social Health and allows the participants to see how they can all be interconnected. The presentation also dedicates time to discuss the difference between Mental Health and Mental Illness as it relates to the culture of their school and community.

Un taller que presenta a los jóvenes el Sistema de Salud Conductista y la salud mental como una parte importante de su salud en general. Se enfoca en tres pilares: salud física, mental y social y permite a los participantes ver cómo se pueden interconectar. La presentación también dedica tiempo a discutir la diferencia entre salud mental y enfermedad mental en relación con la cultura de su escuela y comunidad.
